  Essentially ghosted me as a customer after a quote initially. Excuses first then no response to calls and messages. Would give a zero rating if that was possible.

  This is a pending review, as the work has been unsatisfactory and not completed. I would have given a 4-5 Star rating, but unfortunately once we moved into our lovely new home and we noticed the problems.
  
  The biggest issue is the ensuite floor and shower. The slope is incorrect so the water flows out of the shower, and the ensuite floor is out of level 20mm, which causes water to flow into the bedroom.
  
  The builder has admitted the mistake, which is refreshing, but ultimately we are left with a bathroom that does not function as it should. It now needs to be torn apart back to the studs and redone, which is a massive waste of time, money and resources.
